As a natural pattern finder, I sometimes wonder where I got this superpower.

Was it growing up trilingual, in other cultures? Knowing that familiar objects go by different names in different places (chair:silla:Stuhl) is great for mapping.

Or maybe my Dad's borderless curiosity and openness? Or maverick thinkers I met? Or my insatiable appetite for history and retellable stories?

However it showed up, pattern finding helps me see people's contexts in new lights, which lets me help them reframe their situations.

I love helping people find their way through their constraints.
